At Dishwasher– Dacor Parts, we want to ensure your appliance repairs are successful by offering a 30-day return window for all unused and uninstalled genuine components. If your part is defective or incorrect, our streamlined process ensures a quick resolution to get your kitchen back in working order.
Return Process
- 1.Verify Compatibility
Ensure the part remains in its original packaging and has not been installed or modified, as we cannot accept returns on electrical components that show signs of usage.
- 2.Request an RMA
Contact our support team with your order number and model number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Place the item in a sturdy shipping box with adequate padding to prevent damage during transit, and clearly mark the outside of the package with your assigned RMA number.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once our technicians inspect the returned part, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
